John A. “Jack” Jones
PRESIDENT
A pioneer in the Spray Insulation Industry, Jack has been the President of ASI since 1964 when it was formed. Prior to starting his own business, Jack was an Insurance Salesman and served in the US Army as a diesel mechanic and heavy equipment operator. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a BS in Political Science and a Dale Carnegie graduate with focus on sales, motivation, management and public speaking.
Jack is a founding member of the Urethane Contractors Association and past president of Lehigh Valley Chapter of ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors). Jack served as a Board Member for the Allentown Chapter of CSI (Construction Specifications Institute) as well as being active in the Allentown Chamber of Commerce and Optimus Club.
Jack has been married for 60 years, is a long time resident of the Lehigh Valley and loves to fish in the bay at his New Jersey shore home. He was also an avid private plane pilot.
Matt Baker
VICE PRESIDENT
Matt Baker has been in the construction industry for over 40 years starting out as a carpenter and moving up to project coordinator. Matt joined ASI in 1991 as sales manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2004.
Matt has been a member of CSI since 1987 and is a Past President of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chapter. He is also a long-term member of ABC Eastern Pa. Chapter and Past Chairman of the Excellence in Construction Awards Committee. Other affiliations include SPFA, ABAA and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
He earned a BS in Business Administration (Business Computer Information Systems) from Clarion University of PA and holds numerous manufacturer training certifications.
In his spare time, he likes to hunt, travel and spend time with his family.
Aaron Baker
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Aaron Baker has worked in the Construction industry for 13 years starting in High School working at ASI during summer break, gaining field experience and preparing for a career in the spray insulation business. He has a BS in Project Management from Penn State. As a seasoned Estimator and project manager he is passionate about advancing the industry. In addition to his fulltime schedule, he is also actively involved in CSI, ABC and online continuing education. Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys hunting, caving and golfing.
Nickolas Baker
FIELD SUPERVISOR
Nick has worked in the Spray Insulation industry for 16 years, gaining experience in spraying Foam Insulation, Spray Fireproofing and Acoustic Insulation. As a seasoned, certified installer he is passionate about advancing into the new era of insulation and methods of installation.
Nick holds numerous certifications in his field, including OSHA 30.
Nick has been a laborer, sprayer and foreman. He now holds the position of Field Supervisor overseeing the warehouse, field employees, site logistics and more.
Outside of the office, Nick enjoys caving, hunting and spending time with his family and friends.
Jonathan Potts
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jonathan Potts has worked in the Construction industry for 8 years. Prior to joining ASI, he served in the US Army with one tour during Operation Enduring Freedom, worked in the Medical Device Installation field, and has a strong background in construction, holding an AAS in Construction Management. He is passionate about, and a student of leadership and personal development, ensuring customer and team success.
Jonathan holds several certifications to include OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Internal Auditor Certification (BSI).
In his spare time Jonathan enjoys spending time with his children, camping, is an avid hunter and outdoorsman, and volunteers his time with several veteran organizations.
Tracy-Jean Damante
OFFICE MANAGER
Tracy-Jean Damante began her career in Construction Management 20 years ago in NYC. She joined the ASI family in March 2022.
Tracy-Jean has a BS in Finance from Iona University. She is an active member of the Phi Gamma Chi Sorority.
In her spare time she volunteers at the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys camping with her two boys. On Sundays you can find her at St. Anne’s Church where she is a greeter.
Tracy-Jean is passionate about utilizing the 3-C’s in the office – Communication, Collaboration and Compassion.n
